Shutterfly Holiday Cards!

Can't believe it is that time of year again!!  I highly recommend Shutterfly Christmas Cards!  Here in the Riesenberg household, we are huge fans of Shutterfly. We do a lot of our photo sharing through Shutterfly. We also use them for photo printing and have ordered three or four photo books from them.  They make fantastic gifts! Here are links to the photo books I have created for various occassions. They always are a huge hit and turn out really nice looking and are shipped pretty quickly.

My mom liked the Daddy book so much she made me buy her one of her own!  Erin likes to read it too. It is one of her favorite books. I think because she enjoys looking at herself. :)

We've taken a look at their holiday 2010 photo card styles and have selected the following as our "favorites".  It will be very difficult to decide which design to choose! They are all adorable!

You can check out additional photo cards here.

Hey fellow bloggers! Shutterfly is running a promotion that if you blog about Shutterfly's new holiday collection, they will give you 50 free photo cards! Click here to learn more and enter your blog!

Our Little Horsie!

For about a month before Halloween, whenever asked Erin would tell you she wanted to be a horse for Halloween. So, I went out and got all of the supplies to make Erin a horse costume for Halloween.  Not even two days later, when you asked her what she wanted to be for Halloween, she would tell you a cat.  When you said "I thought you wanted to be a horse." She would tell you "No Mom, CAT!"  Sigh.  Oh well, she will be a cat that looks like a horse then.

Fast forward to Halloween and she has gracioulsy accepted the fact that she is a horse and she seemed to like it.  She even galloped around the neighborhood.
She ACTUALLY wore a HAT!!

Everyone took turns taking her up to the houses

She got TONS of candy.  We are still working on eating it all! After each house she would exclaim "more candy!" I couldn't figure out if she was excited because she got more candy or if she was insisting on going to the next house and getting more candy. It was adorable!

Pumpkin Patch

A couple of weeks after the pumpking carving, we went to the Pumpkin Patch!  It was a beautiful fall day and everyone had a good time. Our Pumpkin Patch (we call it ours since we've been going there about 8 years in a row!), has a petting farm, face painting, snacks, a cornmaze and obviously a pumpkin patch.

Zoo Boo!

The weekend before Halloween, our local zoo had their annual Zoo Boo.  Since we are members we got in free and got to "test" Erin's Halloween costume. Good thing we did, I made some adjustments after we did the test run!  Zach, Diana and Abby came along as well.
