Halloween!

Erin's first Halloween. She loved trick or treating and riding around in her stroller. We only went to about 15 houses but only 3 answered the door! So we don't have too much candy to eat.

Trying to wrestle Erin into her hat

And We're Off!

Erin's First Pumpkin

Erin decorated her pumpkin tonight. She mostly wanted to eat the markers but we think she did a good job!

We went to dinner with G-pa, Auntie A, Aunt MJ, and Chris to Applebee's for another birthday dinner. Erin was a very good sharer of her crackers. She also enjoyed mommy's birthday sundae!

Megan's 26th Birthday

Ryan made me breakfast, lunch and dinner. He helped Erin make mommy a birthday card and he baked me a cake! It might have been the best birthday ever!

Erin has started clapping! Yea Erin!

Dinner for Megan's Birthday

Tonight we went to Texas Roadhouse with Grandma Walker, Great Grandma Fitz Henry, and Uncle Mitchell. We celebrated my birthday and enjoyed dinner. Erin slept mostly through the meal but woke up to socialize later in the evening.

Erin loves to drink out of "big people" glasses. She'll skip the sippy cup just like her mom!

Erin's Halloween Costume

I decided to make Erin her first Halloween costume. I purchased the stuff last night and finished it in record time! I found the idea online for an adorable lion and decided against spending $40 on a costume she'll never wear again.

She just keeps going and going and going and going!

Erin is getting better at standing up on her own!

And eating and eating and eating!

Erin is getting to be quite mobile! She is always go-go-go and she never sits still for a minute!

Erin had her first sleep over today! Grandma Walker took Erin for the evening and had a great time! Erin did miss her Mommy though. She burst into tears after she arrived at Grandma's house. But quickly recovered and proceeded to chase Grandma's cat Henry all weekend!

Grandma's Hands

We were inspired by a recent email to take this picture of our hands comparing them all. We just need another picture including Great Grandma's hand!

We went to dinner at Max & Erma's with G-Pa and Auntie A to celebrate Auntie A's Correctional Officer of the Month award!

Erin likes to spy on all the diners and talk to the people as they walk by. Quite the little social butterfly we've created!

She also really likes caramel cheesecake!

Erin loves to play her "drum" (her wooden spoon and bowl)

She also tries to stand up using the bowl for support.

She also stands up at the ottoman.

And she can sit up and drink her bottle!

She is doing so many new things everyday! It is hard to get pictures of them all! She is also learning to wave. She knows how to "high five" and is slowly grasping the How big is Erin "SOOOO Big!" game.

Go Colts!

Pumpkin Patch

Ryan, Erin and I took Aunt Allison and Aunt Katie on our annual Pumpkin Patch trip up to "The Patch" in Niles, MI. It was a beautiful day for all the fall fixins! It was 60 degrees and sunny.

We went on a hayride.

Walked around a corn maze. (It was much more complicated and easier to get lost than in years past!)

Picked out pumpkins.

Saw the farm animals (chickens, pigs, bunnies and cats.)

And had snacks (caramel apples, apple cider and pumpkin cookies!) Erin even tried a bit of pumpkin cookie. She loved it! She still wanted to try the big girls caramel apples and cider though!
