Easter Egg Hunt

The Easter Bunny came early this year. Erin had a good time coloring Easter eggs and finding her Easter basket the weekend before Easter. All the while, Skyping Daddy so he could be included. :)

Trick or Treat!

Erin was a tiger for Halloween. My grandma and I sewed the costume together and it turned out really well!  It was super cute and cozy. Erin made it to every house in our subdivision! It will probably be the last year we trick or treat in our subdivision since it is on the small side.

Daddy went as "Teen Wolf"

Easter Egg Hunts!

Erin had THREE Easter Egg hunts this past weekend! One at Newton Park in Lakeville (12,000 eggs!), one at the Cove before a baseball game with G and one at Grandma's house on Easter.  She cleaned up and had a good time "searching" for the eggs.

Then we stayed for a few innings of the baseball game!  Had a couple of hot dogs and a couple of beers. Great start to the spring season!

Happy Easter!

Better late than never!  Here are some pictures from Easter weekend.
We had an Easter egg hunt in our backyard again.  Erin is showing off her finds (a chocolate egg)

Coloring Easter Eggs

Erin picked out an Easter egg coloring kit last time we went to the store. So this afternoon we set out to color our eggs!  Erin loved dunking the eggs in the different colors!  She wanted to do it again and again.  Mommy didn't want the eggs to be too ugly so we stopped after Round 2!

The Easter Bunny!

We went to visit the Easter Bunny! Erin, of course, loved him and had no problem sitting on his lap (no surprise since she also loved Rosie the Red, Chuck E. Cheese and Gapper. However HATED Santa. I'd be afraid of a strange man in a white beard too!)
The Weatherlys came to the Easter Egg Stravaganza at DTSB as well. So the girls posed with the Easter Bunny together. So cute!
Outside SB Chocolate there is a big ape. Erin likes to climb on it and sit on its arm. As you can see, she has mastered the head tilt in pictures!
We visited the Health Works Kids Museum.  What a neat little museum. We'll have to go back when we have more time!

Happy Valentine's Day!

We had a lovely Valentine's Day. Erin and I made Daddy heart shaped red velvet cookies, funfetti cupcakes with heart sprinkles and heart shaped ravioli!  Erin also made Daddy a handprint card!  We had a nice family dinner and watched the season premier of Amazing Race.
