Crystal Lake Day 3

Grandma loved feeding Erin her meals. Erin loved her Great Grandma feeding her!

Erin is already scooting around by rocking back and forth on her knees. And she is obsessed with feet and shoes...I wonder where she gets it from...

Crystal Lake - Day 2

Erin is happy to be at the lake! She loves it outside and in the sun!

Erin loved playing in the sand! She enjoyed running her fingers through the sand and burying her feet!

Erin enjoyed bouncing out on the deck in the sunshine looking out at the water!

Then, when all was said and done, she took a leisurely nap outside in the shade with the wind in her face!

Erin and I went on a road trip up to Crystal Lake, in beautiful Beulah, Michigan, in northern Michigan. My grandparents live on the lake up there and it was about time for a mini-vacation! Ryan wasn't able to make the trip because he had to work.

Ponderosa

We went out to eat at Ponderosa with Ryan's Dad. Erin had her first taste of an all you can eat buffet! She had applesauce and chocolate pudding. Man did she enjoy herself!

Erin loves to eat bananas out of this little mesh bag on a ring made especially for babies. She gets to eat fresh fruit without the risk of choking. We freeze the bananas and it is soothing on her gums when she is teething.

Erin is almost sitting up on her own! She topples over easily but for the most part she is sitting by herself!

Erin climbed her first tree!

Erin looks like she'll take after her Auntie A and play softball. She is a natural already! Watch out Peyton!

Five Months Old!

We can hardly believe Erin is five months old already! She has gotten so big!

Erin loves her food! She has taken to sticking her tongue out when she smiles too!

Cookout with Judy & Dennis

We had Ryan's Mom, Amanda, Mary Jane, Chris, Judy and Dennis over for a cookout. Judy and Dennis are still in town from Saipan so we wanted to be able to visit with them before they returned. We had a really nice time and it was good to catch up with them both. They even beat us in cornhole!
