Erin's Rocking Chair

Grandma gave Erin my old rocking chair. She loves it! She has already figured out how to "rock" in it! It is the perfect size for her!

When we returned home from Kristin and Matt's pre-wedding festivities, G-pa, Auntie A, Uncle Meaty and his Mom were all at our house playing Euchre (my fave!) So we stayed up until all hours playing Euchre and drinking Margaritas!

We went to the Kestermeier's to celebrate early Matt & Kristin's wedding. Friends that we hadn't seen in months were there and we had a blast!

We went over to Grammy's house to celebrate her birthday. We had sloppy joes, coleslaw and potato chips. Erin loved sloppy joes and she got EXTRA sloppy!

Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day! Erin and Daddy got Mommy lots of flowers, coffee and candles, her three favorite things! I planted all my pretty flowers and Erin was a big help! She really liked beating my flowers with her golf clubs and bats....

We had Ryan's Mom and family over for dinner and also invited my grandma. We had chicken lasagna (and can I just say it was delicious! It is my new favorite dinner!)

Erin loves to pick dandelions to give to people (especially Mommy!) I'm sure Daddy appreciates her love of picking the white ones that spread the seeds all over the yard!

Erin LOVES her swingset. She can climb the rock wall all by herself! She also tries to climb up the slide. She is a monkey already!

Cinco De Mayo/Terri's 50th Birthday Party

We were invited to Terri's 50th Birthday Party (my mom's good friend) that was also a Cinco De Mayo party. We had a great time at the pseudo-Mexican Fiesta! Erin was a party animal and played with Layla, Riley and Lily. (Ella was still too small!) A lot of the guests thought Erin, Layla and Ella were all related!
