Tumbling!

I can't believe there is only one week of tumbling class left! Erin has had so much fun learning new things and practicing the moves at home.  Her favorites are the donkey kicks and "walking" up the wall (hand stands pretty much).

Easter Egg Hunts!

Erin had THREE Easter Egg hunts this past weekend! One at Newton Park in Lakeville (12,000 eggs!), one at the Cove before a baseball game with G and one at Grandma's house on Easter.  She cleaned up and had a good time "searching" for the eggs.

Then we stayed for a few innings of the baseball game!  Had a couple of hot dogs and a couple of beers. Great start to the spring season!

Bird Feeder

A while back I posted about Erin's finished craft, the bird feeder.  She had SO much fun doing this project.  We had it on the kitchen table for about a week. Every chance she would get she would sit at the table and glue more buttons on it. She had a blast!  Her new favorite thing is to do crafts!  A girl after her momma's heart! ;)  I'm so proud!

Jason's 21st Birthday

Jason's 21st birthday was on April 6th. Ryan, Amanda, Matt and I took him out on April 8th to celebrate.  We spent most of the evening at Corby's but made an appearance at Backer for some dancing. :)

Coloring Easter Eggs

Erin's new favorite pasttime is coloring Easter Eggs.  Coloring them once wasn't enough. She took each egg and dipped it in at least three colors.  So they ended up closer to brown then pastel. But at least she had fun!
Now figuring out what to do with two dozen hard boiled eggs...

These are not the finished product. After this shot was taken they went in for second or third coats.

Monday night Ryan, Erin, A and G went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse (I went home to bed b/c I wasn't feeling too hot).  It was kids night and they had a lot of fun!

Tumbling Again!

Erin absolutely has a great time at tumbling class each week. You can see that she remembers the things she learns from week to week. She listens pretty well and does really well with the other kids in the class.  I'm so proud of her!
